Deep Imagination
... enables access to the deeper intelligence within us.
Albert Einstein utilised this access throughout his life by exchanging with spontaneously appearing images. In his ‘inner excursions’, he saw himself riding through the universe on a ray of light. This gave him important information about the connections between space, speed and energy.
This source of knowledge helped him to develop the general theory of relativity. Deep imagination is the method at the heart of the Creation Lab.
Psychology professor Dr Eligio Stephen Gallegos developed deep imagination over 30 years ago and brought it closer to people all over the world until his death in 2023 at the age of 89.
‘I realised that these animals [note: animals often appear as inner images] know me better than I know myself. They know where I am hurt and they know how to heal that hurt. I don't know that. They really are my therapists, they are my teachers and I learn from them. To this day.’
Professor Dr Eligio Stephen Gallegos ca. 2018
How does a deep imagination session work?
I accompany you into a state of relaxation.
Then you invite an inner image to your concern.
Animals often appear. I accompany you as you enter into dialogue with this image. Your image becomes your supporter, helping you to find a solution/clarification - in a way that is sometimes surprising and testifies to an intelligence that seems to know how to bring us back into balance - and is ready to support us in unfolding our full vitality.
