This could be, for example, the search for a groundbreaking, disruptive solution. The phases of the basic offer remain the same. Content and design are geared and refined towards the further development of the group. – e.g. bringing in suitable participants from outside the company or using different locations and environments (also in the form of an innovation journey).
The principles of agile working apply here: – prompt feedback with clients and flexible adjustment of the settings in terms of composition, locations and measures (possibly also individual coaching). Therefore, this form of offer has a project character.
Yes, e.g. INQA coaching, for which you will receive an 80% subsidised grant totalling €11,520. I am an accredited INQA coach and will also support you with the application process right from the start. This funding programme is valid until 2027.
