Branche: Projektsteuerung (international)
Ziel: Teamentwicklung auf der Basis einer authentischen Bestands-aufnahme der MitarbeiterInnen in Bezug auf Rolle und Aufgabe.
Setting: Zwölf Teammitglieder in einem Seminarraum mit Vollverglasung und Aussicht über eine weite Wald- und Seenlandschaft. Zeit: 1 Stunde am Ende eines 6-stündigen Treffens mit anderen Themen.
Vorbereitung: Vorgabe eines „Grundbildes“ – Ökosystem Berg. Begleitung der Gruppe in Entspannung und zum Zugang der Wissensquelle der Tiefen-Imagination. Begleitung zum Einladen spontan auftretender Bilder, als was, wie und wo sich jede/r dort sieht.
Danach wird mit Hilfe der Tiefen-Imagination der Zugang zur Findung des gesuchten Bauteils eröffnet.
Ergebnis: Imaginationen z.B. in Form von Tieren, Natur- und Landschafts-elementen, Menschen oder auch Fahrzeugen auf und über dem Berg
Stärkung von Einzelnen durch die Imaginationsbilder, Erkenntnisse bislang unbekannter Bedürfnisse und Rollen in der anschliessenden Reflektion.
Umsetzung: Verabredung zu Mitarbeitergesprächen und weiterführenden Angeboten der Mitarbeiterentwicklung (Dialog, Mediation, Coaching)

What aspect of my offerings do you like most?
My intent is to bring future guiding ideation into companies and development-teams who want to bring in disruptive ideas in projects, which contain sustainability, green and hi tec.
My major focus is helping a special composed team (according to spiral dynamics criteria) develop the next level of batteries after lithium-ionen technology.
The creation-lab also is suitable for teams which work in social fields – f.e. renewing social structures in communities, (non/governmental organisations, …)
